Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as either a Trainer/Assessor or Teaching Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with learners, providing them with the support, guidance, and knowledge they need to succeed in their educational journey.
Position Open
· vocational training (including apprenticeships) – preparing students for work and making sure they have up-to-date skills
· Trainer/Assessor/IQA:
· Adult Care (Level 2, 3, 5)
· Functional Skills English (Level 1 and 2)
· Functional Skills Maths (Level 1 and 2)
· Childcare
· Childminding
· First Aid
· Prevent and Management of violence and aggression level 2
· English and maths – teaching basic skills in areas such as numeracy, literacy and ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Assess learners' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all learners feel valued and respected.
- Stay updated on industry trends and educational best practices to enhance the quality of instruction.
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and commit to upholding high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
· Relevant qualifications and/or experience in education, training, or a related field.
