I agree to Skills Empowerment Training Solutions Limited collecting, recording and processing my personal data as contained in this form, or other data or images which Skills Empowerment Training Solutions Limited may obtain from me or other relevant agencies, whilst I am a learner. I agree that the Skills Empowerment Training Solutions Limited will process such data only for purposes connected to my studies or my health and safety whilst on the premises or for other statutory purposes.
